Using Vulcan
By adding Vulcan to your server or using the web dashboard, you agree to these terms. If any part does not work for you, please remove the bot and stop using the service. Continued use means you accept these terms and any updates to them.

What We Provide
Vulcan provides moderation, tickets, incident tracking, automations, voice management, logging, statistics, and related tools through Discord and the web dashboard. Core features are free. Custom branding and unlimited access are the only paid features.

Your Responsibilities
Keep your Discord account secure, use the bot for legitimate purposes, follow the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and do not attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or abuse our systems, infrastructure, or APIs.

We Can Revoke Access
We may suspend or terminate your access to Vulcan at any time, with or without notice, and for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, violating these terms, abusing the service, harassing our team or users, or acting in any way we reasonably believe harms the bot or our community.

Prohibited Conduct
Do not use Vulcan for malware, harassment, hate speech, illegal activity, spamming, raiding, or any other abusive or deceptive behavior. We reserve the right to determine what counts as abuse.

Our Intellectual Property
Vulcan's code, branding, name, and logo belong to us. You may not redistribute, modify, or resell the bot or its components. Ask before using our name, logo, or branding in any public way.

Uptime and Availability
We aim for high reliability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Updates, maintenance, outages, and other interruptions may occur. We are not liable for any downtime or resulting issues.

Disclaimer of Warranties
Vulcan is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the bot will meet your needs, be error-free, or operate without interruption.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including data loss, lost profits, or moderation mistakes. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim (for most users, zero).

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Vulcan, your violation of these terms, or content you manage through the bot.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced in our support server. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration. No class actions are permitted.

Chargebacks without contacting us first result in a permanent ban.

Payments Are Processed by Polar
All payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh). We never see or store your credit card, bank details, or other financial information. Those details are handled entirely by Polar under their own terms and privacy policy.

What You Pay For
Paid access unlocks custom branding and unlimited access to all features. Everything else is already free. There are no hidden tiers or paywalled core features.

Subscriptions Renew Automatically
Subscriptions renew each billing cycle until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through Polar and keep access until the end of your current period.

All Sales Are Final
Because access is delivered instantly, refunds are not standard. Please be sure before you purchase.

Refund Exceptions
Within 3 days of purchase, we will consider refunds for technical issues we cannot fix or billing errors such as duplicate charges. Refunds are not guaranteed. Contact us through Discord with your transaction details.

Chargebacks Result in a Ban
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first results in permanent loss of access. If you have a problem, talk to us first and we will work with you to resolve it.

No Refund for Violations
If you violate these terms, abuse the service, or commit fraud, we may revoke paid access without a refund. The Discord Terms of Service also apply.

Prices Can Change
We may adjust pricing over time. Active subscribers will receive at least 30 days notice before a price change affects them.

Features Can Change
Premium features may be added, changed, or retired as we improve Vulcan. Significant removals may qualify for partial refunds at our discretion.

Processor Issues
Payment processor outages, failed transactions, or currency conversion fees are between you and Polar. We cannot resolve their technical issues.

What We Collect
Only what is needed for the bot to work: Discord IDs (users, servers, channels, roles), message content processed by automod, moderation history, ticket logs, and your server settings. We collect basic analytics and nothing more.

Why We Collect It
To make the bot function, enforce your server rules, manage tickets, save your configuration, fix bugs, prevent abuse, and provide support when you ask for it.

We Do Not Store Payment Data
We store no payment data. Polar handles all of it. We only receive a yes or no subscription status. Custom branding tokens are encrypted.

Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We apply regular security updates, enforce access controls, and maintain automated backups. No system is bulletproof, but we take security seriously.

We Do Not Sell Your Data
We never sell or rent your data. We only share it with third parties when required by law, when needed to run the service (such as the Discord API), or with your explicit consent.

Your Rights
You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, export it in a usable format, or withdraw consent. Contact us on Discord or email PyrosFun@gmail.com. We respond within 7 days.

Message Handling
Automod processes messages in real time. Message content is retained for no longer than 5 days unless needed for flagged moderation review or moderation logs. Ticket transcripts are kept until ticket closure, up to a 30 day maximum.

Data Retention
Configuration data stays as long as you use the bot. When the bot is removed, server data is purged within 10 days. Deletion requests are handled within 7 days. Some data may be kept where required by law.

Cookies
We use minimal cookies for essential features and login, along with privacy-focused analytics. You can disable cookies, though some parts of the site may not work correctly.

Children
Vulcan is not intended for anyone under 13, or under 16 in the EU. If we learn that a child's data has been provided, we delete it and report it to Discord as required.

International Users
Vulcan is operated in the United States. By using the service, you consent to your data being processed there. We follow GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable regional privacy laws.
